Basicly I've made a few teams over this year already and the majority of them failed due to the members in them, leaving etc or just being a complete dick LOL.

I'm looking people who are up for making a team with me and are up for a laugh at the same time winning games, but if we lose some, who cares? its only a game and as some people say you only get better if you stick as a team and continue to play on as a team and become a really strong team.
